Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By using MySmartDash™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. MySmartDash™ is operated by Frederick Webb Digital Marketing, Killeen, Texas.
2. The service
MySmartDash™ is a done-for-you bilingual AI receptionist that answers calls in English and Spanish, books appointments, sends reminders, requests reviews, and produces monthly reports. Setup is completed over 21 days.
3. Pricing and billing
The service is priced at $1,497 per month. Billing is recurring until canceled. Setup details and any applicable fees are confirmed before work begins.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your practice, services, and processes, and for handling anything clinical that the AI routes to your staff.
5. Patient privacy
Patient details stay out of texts and AI chats. We design for privacy by keeping sensitive details out of automated messages. We do not claim HIPAA compliance. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations.
6. No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific call volumes, booking rates, rankings, or revenue. Any figures shared are typical patterns or estimates, not promised results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frederick Webb Digital Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel the service with notice. Billing stops at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
